What do we do when our realities start to break? The perfect rose colored glass eventually begins to fade, and we're left with a shell of ourselves and a billion questions. Why does it happen so abruptly? Out of nowhere, things change. We're left clinging to the memories of what was, but how do we look beyond to what is here now, what is real? It's a chain reaction, a set of dominos, a series of aftershocks following an earthquake. One by one, things shift and take new shapes. They disappear or hide for a while, they're no longer a comforting hug when you feel close to shattering.
You feel the most fragile you ever have before, like you'd simply cease existing if someone were to touch you, a simple phrase of "How are you?", "Are you ok?", "I'm here for you.". It comes in the blink of an eye, and none of us can do anything to stop it. It's a hurricane on the beach or a tornado in the sky. Wreaking havoc, unbiased and unforgiving. What do we do when it feels like life doesn't stop for us to breathe, what do we do when we just need a break? Is there a place to go, a series of steps we have to take? Can someone lend me a book I can read, study every chapter, analyze every word?
I need some help, we all do. We're all just fumbling around in the dark, every one of us. We're lost and confused.
Who wants to help write this book.
